The MTC HD Termini Assembly Kit from Open.Tech by Amphenol is designed to provide high-performance fiber optic connectivity for a variety of applications. This comprehensive kit includes all necessary components for quick and reliable assembly with our MTC-HD connector series, ensuring superior signal integrity and durability in demanding environments.

Open.Techs ARINC 801 cylindrical fiber optic connector is ideal for aerospace and military applications. Based on the commercial ARINC 801 specification, this series features a removable alignment sleeve retainer (ASR) for ease of ceramic ferrules termini end face cleaning, guide pins for precision alignment, pull proof mechanism and a scoop proof shell design. It is available in standard D38999 plug and wall mount shells. Inserts are available to support 2 to 32-channels and can support both PC and APC.

The fully compliant M801 Series fiber optic terminus is designed for aerospace and military applications. It uses a standard 1.25mm ferrule and sleeve and can be terminated with standard LC termination procedures. The terminus can be inserted or removed from the connector with a standard size 16 contact removal tool and is compatible with all existing ARINC 801 connectors.

The new Nano-D MT is a miniature D-sub connector form factor for a single MT ferrule. It can support up to 64 fibers in SM, MM, APC and UPC. With precision machined AI housing, easy to identify orientation and a compact size. Ideal for high-speed displays, modular radar units, UAV's, missiles and ruggedized servers and switches.

THDM is modular, allowing multiple combinations of fiber types to be used in the same connector. The THDM connectors are available in 2, 4 , 8 and 12- MT configurations, which can supports 24 to 192 fiber channels using industry standard MT ferrules. The connector features M28876 or M38999 strain relief options.

Fiber Flex optical backplanes respond to the increasingly present requirement for wire and cable management to maximize airflow inside LRUs and communication systems. Fiber Flex planes provide a manageable method of routing fiber from interface to interface and from shelf-to-shelf. Designed for versatility, standard Fiber Flex circuitry provides high-density routing on a flexible, flame-resistant substrate.

MTC-HD is high-density fiber in MT38999 shells. Choose from 6 different arrangements with options for 2 MT ferrules all the way up to 10. With up to 72 channels in every ferrule (assuming 25Gbps per channel), that's a throughput of 18Tbps in ONE CONNECTOR.
